        <title>Refrigeration Mechanic I</title>

        <description>Full-time 7am-3:30pm Days        Refrigeration Mechanic I: Performs all activities related to installation, full maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilating equipment, auxiliaries and their controls. 
Minimum Education/Training Required 
Completion of a recognized refrigeration air conditioning mechanic apprentice training program of at least 3 years, or 4 years experience in the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of commercial, industrial, domestic refrigeration and air conditioning systems; or one year journey level experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of central, multi-zoned air conditioning systems. 4 years of HVAC work experience, with 2 or more years of journey level experience.

        <title>Housekeeper 2-Bond Clinic</title>

To maintain environmental and infection control standards within established polices and procedures of this facility.  Perform(s) a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain exam rooms, offices, hallways, reception areas, bathrooms and other assigned areas of this facility.  
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned:

?        Move furniture and other heavy objects as required.
?        Clean and disinfect bathroom daily and refill soap dispensers with antibacterial soap, restock toilet paper leaving an extra 2 rolls and restock paper towels after all normal business work days.
?        Empty trash and shred containers daily after all normal business workdays.
?        Dust mopping and wet mopping hard surface floors and vacuuming carpeted floors.  Will discuss frequency of floor cleaning.
?        Dust furniture, fixtures and wall hanging pictures in clerical, clinical and reception areas weekly.
?        Clean water fountains, kitchen sinks, kitchen counters and dining tables daily.
?        Clean clinical area such as exam rooms, nurses station and procedure rooms with hospital grade disinfectant daily and refill soap dispensers with antimicrobal soap and restock paper towel dispensers.
?        Clean clerical and private office area desks as available weekly.
?        Clean chemo bay area including chairs and tables daily with hospital grade disinfectant.
?        Clean ceiling return air vents and window frames monthly and as needed.
?        Wash inside and outside of entrance glass doors daily.  Wash windows between reception and waiting room and elevator doors daily.  Wash inside windows of waiting room, chemo bay, physician&apos;s office windows, patient exam room and conference room monthly.
?        Attend all meetings as required.
?        Participate in educations programs, in-service meetings and fire drills.
?        Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
?        Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.  One year of experience in institution housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. 
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one.  Ability to communicate effectively with physicians.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. 
 
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
 
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The following attributes are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Knowledge and ability to operate mechanical floor cleaners, buffers, vacuums, carpet shampooers, carts, dollies, ladders, and related equipment. Knowledge of various cleaning agents and/or chemical(s). Ability to use various cleaning hand tools and supplies. Ability to work effectively with a diverse population.  Ability to work independently.  Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions.  Ability to perform a verity of repetitive manual tasks that require agility and manual dexterity.  Ability to work with strong cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Ability to learn routine tasks quickly.
 
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
 
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
