We house 650 beds in our primary care patient tower with a Level-1 trauma center and adjoining Heart and Children's Hospitals. This person will manage directly and indirectly a staff of near 60 technical tradesmen. Ideal candidates will possess ? Minimum 10 years of facility maintenance experience with 5 years of management experience in a hospital or health care environment. Supervisory experience is a must. ? Bachelor's degree in a related field or experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree ? Strong leadership abilities and analytical skills ? Working knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire & life safety, etc.) and building infrastructure ? Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, delegate, and be accountable for work assigned to staff, vendors and contractors ? High level of interpersonal and communication skills ? Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance requirements, life safety, infection control and engineering principles Major Duties: ?
