Ensures timely submission to the National Residency Matching Program, where applicable.
2.      Responsible for verifying proper credentialing of residents. Obtains necessary documents and credentials and submits to appropriate hospital departments. Maintains proper credentialing of present House staff and resident files.
3.      Coordinates department resident orientation and all major resident meetings. Plans orientation schedule, arranges location, notifies residents regarding necessary orientation documentation and schedules involved faculty.  Arranges for all materials for student lectures.
4.      Prepares and distributes medical student schedules for each student rotation and distributes in a timely manner. Resolves scheduling conflicts.  Issues ID Badges, pagers, locker keys and computer access.  Prepares vouchers for payment for any GMA related expenses, sessions, dues, supplies, etc.
5.      Responsible for &quot;Procedure Credentialing System&quot; as required by appropriate accrediting agency (i.e. RRC). Regularly reviews database for residents&apos; procedure credentials and keeps department head/manager informed of Resident/Fellow credentialing status.
6.      Distributes and tracks receipt of student evaluations.
7.      Compiles statistics, creates reports and summarizes results of resident evaluations and assessments for department manager.  Utilizes proprietary departmental tracking system, as applicable.</description>

Will act as a liaison between clinical products and understanding of patient products needs a the retail level.
