Case Manager<br/>Responsibility: <br/>To support access to Tercica therapies for patients by facilitating the coordination of health care providers and payer resources <br/>â?¢ Develop and implement case plans for patients facing undue burden to therapy <br/>â?¢ Complete insurance verifications, coordination with payers and providers, internal coordination of information, and alternative funding searches <br/>â?¢ Execute escalation of payer issue to appropriate resources <br/>â?¢ Anticipate and prevent or identify and resolve (through coordination of efforts and resources) interruptions or barriers to care (insurance benefits changes, life-change, provider and/or payer contract issues) <br/>
